For Youth Wrestlers (Grades 3rd-8th) 4 Week Intro to Wrestling/Basics Clinic Designed for beginner-level wrestlers to learn and develop the basic understanding and fundamentals required to be successful in the sport of wrestling in a relaxed environment. This program will allow the local youth to try out the sport of wrestling without a huge commitment. Subsequent to the clinic, starting the week of November 29th, there will be a local youth USA Wrestling Chartered Team for kids who develop interest through the clinic. (Details to Follow) For High-School Wrestlers (Grades 9th-12th) 4 Week Pre-Season Conditioning & Drilling Clinic Designed for high school wrestlers looking to get a jump on season preparation and for incoming freshman to get on the mats and learn fundamentals before the season. This program will consist of a mix of conditioning, drilling basics, and situational live.
