Skatepark circa 2018 Article from 5.8.2026VT Community NewsUpdate 5.4.26This past weekend we sealed up many of the cracks in the surface of the park in preparation for the rebuild next weekend. Every crack was addressed by hand and cleaned well, we power washed and blew all the settled debris out. Our awesome community volunteers filled them in with Aquaphalt asphalt patch and we tamped them down in hopes of a smoother ride this summer. The last of the punky wood was removed from the transfer station and now we are looking good for this coming weekend's build! Update 4.29.26Deconstruction has started! The well loved Bristol Skatepark has begun its transformation into its next form. With many community hands we made short work of removing the surfaces and taking the ramps down to their bones. There was quite a bit of rotten cross members and some plys that couldn't hold weight anymore. So we cleared them out and made space for the next iteration. Each weekend from now until June
