Join the AYS Youth Wrestling Program designed specifically for students in 4th to 8th grade! This program focuses on building fundamental wrestling skills, strength, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.Program Highlights: Skill Development: Participants will learn essential wrestling techniques, including take downs, holds, and escapes, tailored to their age and skill level. Physical Fitness: Our training emphasizes agility, strength, and endurance, promoting overall fitness and healthy habits. Competition Opportunities: Participants will have some opportunities in the NER League for some Saturday scrimmages against others.
