REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 3rdFull court basketball games are introduced with an instructional format. Recreation Basketball focuses on learning the game, improving your skills and having fun.There are no requests for team placement or practice night. Players cannot be transferred once drafted to a team. Recreation leagues are determined by the participant's current grade, participants are not able to play in a higher grade. Teams practice on a weeknight (1-2 nights Monday through Friday) with games on Saturdays. The practice schedule is determined by the volunteer head coach.Games begin in early January. The 3rd/4th grade league is an in-house program and do not play games versus other towns. Each team plays six to seven games during the season. During registration please ensure you select the appropriate shirt size for the participant. Uniform shirts are ordered and provided based on the size selected during the registration process.
